Wal-Mart / LIDI footwear products anti-mildew plan

One: the factory environment

A: The house is cleaned every 6 months:

1. All work areas and storage areas must be cleaned once every six months. Please use medical disinfectant to clean walls, floors, ceilings, fans, and machinery (internal and external. Please use medical disinfectant safely, follow medical disinfectant) Supplier's safe operation guide to prevent work accidents

2. Please clean the factory at the beginning of the year (February 1st, rainy season (April 1st) and August 1st or after a flood in the factory)

3. Use 5% bleach to clean the floor, conveyor belt, and packing station daily. Do not reuse the towel until it has been washed and bleached

4. Clean the drainage system regularly to ensure smooth drainage. Do not allow any stagnant water,

B: Outdoor

Remove as many weeds as possible around the plant.

Second: material storage warehouse:

1. All footwear materials: uppers, soles, boxes, boxes should be stored in a well-ventilated warehouse and placed on a pallet 5 feet above the ground.

2. Materials should not be stored in damp places.

3. Test the hourly relative humidity with a hygrometer. The relative humidity of the warehouse should be kept below 60%

4. Materials are circulated according to the principle of “first in, first out”.

5. Use a fan in the warehouse to promote ventilation to ensure that all materials are dry and well ventilated.

6. The material must be covered or sealed with a plastic film to prevent dust intrusion

7. Do not allow materials to come into contact with walls or windows. All materials must be kept dry and kept at a distance of 60 cm from the window

8. Close the window and inspect and repair the damaged glass.

Three: lamination processing and manufacturing process:
1. All shoes must be sprayed with AEM5700 anti-fungal agent except for shoes with white or light PU and PVC.

2. After lamination, the material must be thoroughly dry.

3. If the material has been heated or flattened during or after the bonding process, make sure that the material is completely cooled before it is rolled up and packaged. Do not pack hot, warm, moist materials.

4. Except for vulcanized shoes, cotton should not be used in any footwear, because cotton materials are prone to mold.

5. Ensure that the leather, especially the pigskin, pig anti-fur, and cow anti-fur, are added with the anti-mold agent during the tanning process.

6. Spray no more than 8 to 10 grams of AEM5700 anti-fungal agent per pair of shoes.

7. After spraying AEM5700, the shoes must be baked in the oven immediately, and the time is set to 3 minutes or 65 °C for 5 minutes at 70 °C.

8. All children's shoes, sports shoes, work shoes, and hiking shoes must be sprayed with AEM5700 to control the siphon characteristics of moisture in the inner material, but non-permeable materials such as PU and PVC are not applicable.

9. AEM5700 must also be sprayed after the insole is combined to prevent odor in the shoes.

10. Appropriate heating and cooling should be used during the production process to ensure that the shoes are completely dry before packaging. Cooling using a freezer is not the preferred method.

If possible, use a natural cooling method or use fan cooling.

If you must use a freezer to cool, do not set the temperature below zero degrees Celsius to prevent condensation of water vapor. Open all freezer doors and ventilate overnight to ensure drying.

The door must be opened on both sides of the freezer, and the inside of the freezer should be cleaned once every six months using formalin. There is no water in or around the freezer.

11. The usual air flow at the production site is important. Use enough fan to prevent air stagnation and prevent mold spores from staying on footwear and equipment.

Four: upper warehouse:

Good ventilation should be maintained in the vamp warehouse and the relative humidity should be kept below 60 degrees. It is best to use a dehumidifier.

Five: packaging

1. All outer boxes, shoe boxes, and wrappers must be completely dry before packaging.

2. AEGIS anti-fungal agent should be sprayed on the inside of the inner box.

3. Use ultraviolet disinfection at the end of the packaging line. All footwear, shoe boxes, and wrappers must be dried in a dry box at 70 degrees Celsius for at least 3 minutes prior to packaging. More than 3 minutes is better.

Packing line workers note:

1. Keep the overalls clean and tidy. Rinse work aprons and overalls every day.

2. Do not wear cotton gloves.

3. Always keep your hands clean and wash your hands as often as possible, especially when you return to work and return to work.

4. Put a clean, dry cloth on the end of the packaging line to wipe the dust. The rag is replaced every day to keep it clean

Precautions:

1. All shoes need to be sprayed with AEGIS anti-mold agent, except for shoes with white or light PU/PVC on the upper.

2. Do not use silica gel desiccant or (Wasaouro) mildew proof sheet to prevent moldy shoes from being supplied to Walmart.

3. If the product is completed one month before the S/D, the product must be re-inspected to check for mildew.

Six: finished product warehouse

1. The packaged cartons should be stacked on a pallet of 5 inches above the ground in the warehouse on the 2nd floor or higher to prevent the product from getting wet and wet, and to maintain good ventilation.

2. Do not touch the wall and the window with the packaged product. All products are kept dry and must be 60 cm from the wall

3. Immediately after the final inspection, the finished product will be shipped to avoid moisture in the storage process. Products should be shipped on a “first in, first out” basis.

4. The warehouse must have good ventilation. A hygrometer should be used to detect relative humidity and record humidity conditions every 4 hours. The relative humidity should be kept below 60%. There must be an air circulation system (fan) inside the warehouse

5. Close the window and inspect and repair all damaged glass.
