Shoe Cutting Department Quality Inspection:
1 According to the sample shoes and the instruction sheet, check the material and color of the material, and whether the shape and parts of the file are correct. Check whether the components and numbers of the punching knife are complete, and the punching knife edge is free from defects and deformation, which is consistent with the technical provision plate.
2 Hold the leather material tightly or use your fingers to lift it up. Check whether the leather material has any bad condition such as blood, sputum, blinking, cracking, exposed bottom, loose surface, etc., mark it with a water pen, and check the skin of each part according to the process requirements. Material extension direction, and material standards.
3 The material cortex front material is better than the back material, the outer material is better than the inner material, and the light stretch pattern can be cut on the inner side of the shoe or on the boot. The main parts such as the toe are not defective, and the corners are not missing. Minor parts are allowed to have insignificant defects and slight looseness.The same pair of accessories must not have chromatic aberration.
4 Check whether the cutting product is correct, whether it is equipped with double and marks

Shoe Upper/Stitching Department Quality Inspection:
   1. Check whether the flange is flattened, fastened, whether the curve is round, whether the straight line is straight, whether the position is flat, whether the inner lining is flat and in place, whether the surface is imprinted, and whether the wheel is not stuck. The lining and the hoe cannot be mixed or replaced by hoes, otherwise, they will be reworked.
        2. The foot line of the carnet is within 0.5 cm, the stitch length is 2.5-4 needles/cm, and the 23 stitches of the needle return needle must be returned to the original pinhole to ensure that the wire is not off-line. 
        3. The upper and the midsole are popped open, falling off, and the upper is not attached and needs to be reworked.
        4. The left and right feet, the inner and outer waistlines should be consistent, the height difference should not exceed 2mm, and the stitches must be clear and smooth.
        5. Inspect the whole pair of uppers with the same manufacturing process, the same double color, grain thickness, width, thickness and flatness of the accessories. The upper is damaged, scratched, and the car line is reopened.
        6. Any part of the upper of the flower, corners, wrinkles and irregularities will be reworked.
        7. Those who have a high or low toe of 1.5mm or more will be reworked.
        8. Those who have a backlash error of 2mm or more will be reworked.
        9. The size of the toe cap needs to meet the requirements of the process specification. The size of the left and right feet is uniform, and the height is 1.5mm.
       10. Do not have jump stitches, turn lines, loose threads, broken heavy wires, open wires, stitches, derailments, pinholes, blasts, etc., as well as cutting leather defects or loose fittings of decorative parts should be repaired.
        11. Verify that the upper line is clear, the curve is round, the straight line is straight, and the stitch code must be even and smooth. The flange width is 4-4.5mm, the belt surface is 4mm away from the edge, and the sandal belt is extended by 20mm. Exceeding the edge of the last 1.5mm, the midsole is in position, and the roll is reworked.
        12. Whether Lippi is flat, correct, and consistent, and maintains its basic curl. Whether the lap position is flat and the line is kept flat. Lippi is 6-7mm wide from the edge of the foot. The lining is 2mm narrower than the Lippi. The position of the lining cloth is accurate and firm. It is 5mm away from the edge of the upper, 5mm away from the shin, and 1-2mm in the lap. The repaired leather is 0.6m away from the car line, and there should be no wavy or repairing lines.

Shoe Molding Department Quality Inspection
1. The left and right foot numbers must be the same and the color matching must be the same. Check the size of the toe cap; the height of the heel is the same.
2. Check the quality of the sole and remove it if it is defective. The same pair of uppers, soles, numbers and shoe size must be the same.
3. Upper/Bottom Treatment Use the treatment agent correctly according to different materials. When applying the upper rubber, do not exceed the line marking. Check all parts of the potion should be in place.
4. There is no glue accumulation, under glue, glue overflow and glue back at the seam. The surrounding brush should not be beyond the line and not brushed to the line. Brush the base rubber to be thinner for the first time, which is conducive to the diffusion and penetration of the glue inside the adherend. The concentration of the second pass is higher than that of the first pass, which plays a decisive role in improving the peel strength.
5. If the bottom is found to be unsmooth or non-sticky, use the bamboo board to open the sole and stick it. When bonding, it should be adhered according to the glue line, and it should not be higher or lower than the glue line. The shoes should be straight, not skewed, and the side walls should be smooth and not deformed.
6. The outsole pressing time should be determined according to different shoe types. The general pressing time is 6-8 seconds. The inner and outer waists of the left and right feet of the press machine need to be padded with a semi-circular rubber piece and a bottom model so that the edges are completely in close contact with the shoes.
7. Adhesive: The glue should be even and meticulous in the place where the glue is opened. The glue must be in the gap, and there should be no gaps and glue or pollution to the upper.
8. The left and right foot numbers and colors must be double. Whether the height of the toe and heel is the same, and whether the height of the neckline is symmetrical.
9. Manually press the sole of the shoe: press the part of the glue to fit and smooth.
10. Into the freezer: time 15-30Mins, temperature control 0---10 degrees.

Shoe Product Department Quality Inspection:
1. Check the left and right feet and the outsole, insole, tongue label and inner box number. Whether the tag, inner box, wrapping paper, insole, etc. are used incorrectly.
2. The head size error can be double-released within 1.5---2 mm, and the error of 2.5 mm or more cannot be eliminated.
3. Regardless of any serious color difference in any part, it will be removed, with a slight color difference and double, and serious should be scrapped.
4. The bottom phenomenon caused by skewing, big bottom curling, unevenness, etc. will be reworked.
5. Any serious damage, breakage or wrinkles in any part of the shoes will be removed.
6. Any part of the shoes will be glued and sticky, polluted, etc., and the ultra-adhesive 1.5 mm cannot be cleaned.
7. The inner and the back are not stretched into the midsole.
8. Hong Kong Treasures are deformed and soft and cannot be reworked.
9. The distance between the outer base and the outer line of the car is 4cm/3-3.5. The car line must be driven to the center of the groove. Do not climb the wall. If it is out of the way, the car must not be in place. Do not expose the wire, otherwise, remove it.
 10. The insole must be placed in place, flattened, and must not be placed in the position, or the unsticked material that must be brushed is reworked.
11. Wear the laces according to the method specified by the customer. It is required to be segmented, the length is correct, and it is necessary to wear it, otherwise, it will be reworked.
12. When inserting the toe paper, the shape of the toe should be plugged out.
 13. If the needle car is broken, the slipping edge, the stitch length is too dense or too large, etc. will be reworked. If it cannot be reworked, it will be removed.
14. The metal buckle is loose and deformed, rusted, lacquered, and the thornper needs to be reworked.
15. Rework and degumming more than 1 mm will be reworked.
16. Super glue 1.5mm or more will be reworked.
17. If the bottom is empty, it will be reworked.
18. If the leather upper is too thick or causes rough exposure, it will be reworked; those that cannot be repaired should be removed.
19. The height and length of the same pair of toe caps, the color difference, and the grain thickness of the double-faced velvet material are inconsistent, and need to be double-treated slightly, and severely eliminated.
20. All kinds of labeling should be operated according to the requirements of customers. It should not fall off, and it should be attached firmly. If it is more than 2 mm, it needs to be reworked.
